Jack White Visits Citizens Bank Park for Tigers Game

Musician Jack White has faced a long-standing reluctance to perform concerts in Philadelphia. His last appearance in the city was in 2006 when his band The Raconteurs opened for Bob Dylan. Despite this, rumors suggest White’s aversion stems from a past negative experience with The White Stripes.

However, one thing brings him back to Philly: his love of baseball and goal to visit every Major League stadium. This past weekend, he checked off Citizens Bank Park as the final stop on his list by attending a Detroit Tigers game against the Philadelphia Phillies.

Unfortunately for Philadelphians, White left without performing a concert, but he achieved his long-standing mission.
