A military helicopter carrying two Ghanaian government ministers crashed on Wednesday, killing both officials and all eight people on board. Minister of Defense Edward Omane Boamah and Minister of Environment, Science and Technology Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed were among the victims of the fatal accident that occurred in Accra, the capital city, shortly after 9 a.m.
