Fox and Kelly first met during filming for “Midnight in the Switchgrass” in March 2020 and went public with their relationship after appearing together in Machine Gun Kelly’s music video “Bloody Valentine.” The couple had previously revealed Fox suffered a miscarriage in 2023, but it appears that pregnancy news did not salvage their relationship.
