Ukraine Counts 113 Combat Engagements with Enemy Using 1564 Kamikaze Drones

The Ukrainian military has reported 113 combat engagements in the past day, with the enemy operating actively in the Lyman and Pokrovsk directions. The occupiers used 1,564 kamikaze drones for attacks, along with over 4,000 shellings.

According to General Staff data, there were 12 combat engagements in the Northern-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, where the enemy launched two air strikes and carried out 198 artillery shellings. In the Southern-Slobozhansky direction, an ongoing engagement is still taking place, while the enemy attacked twice in the Vovchansk area.

The Kupyansk direction saw nine attempts by the enemy to advance on Ukrainian positions, with one engagement currently ongoing. The Lyman direction also reported 14 attacks from the enemy, who used kamikaze drones for some of their strikes. In the Siversk direction, two combat engagements are still ongoing.

Meanwhile, in other areas, the Defense Forces successfully repelled seven enemy attacks in the Toretsk direction and one engagement is ongoing. The enemy also conducted eight offensive actions against Ukrainian troops’ positions in this area.

The Pokrovsk direction saw 30 attempts by the enemy to break through defenses, with losses amounting to 165 killed and wounded. In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 13 attacks, while there was no activity from the enemy in the Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions.

Overall, the Ukrainian military has reported significant enemy losses, including over a thousand occupiers eliminated, with kamikaze drones being used extensively by the enemy.
