Google’s upcoming Pixel 10 flagships will boast improved camera capabilities thanks to new AI software features. The company is introducing “Conversational Photo Editing” which allows users to remove image backgrounds or adjust contrast and brightness using voice commands. This feature, powered by Gemini-based AI, will be exclusive to Pixel 10 phones at launch but may arrive on older models later through a future update.
Another AI-powered camera feature, “Camera Coach,” is also set to debut. This real-time coach provides scene-specific advice for better photography, such as adjusting the shooting angle or exposure settings. The Gemini-based system analyzes scenes and offers helpful hints in the background. While the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and Google’s wearables are expected to miss out on these features, they will be available on the standard Pixel 10 models soon after launch.
