Glass Found in Popular Coffee Sold Nationwide, Recalled

A nationwide recall has been issued for Clover Valley Instant Coffee sold at Dollar General stores due to the potential presence of glass shards. The recall affects three specific lots of 8-Ounce coffee with UPC 876941004069, Lot numbers L-5163, L-5164, and L-5165, and Best by dates December 13, 2026, and December 14, 2026. Customers can identify these products by checking the packaging.

No injuries have been reported so far, but customers are advised to dispose of the product immediately and contact Dollar General for a full refund. The company is investigating the source of the contamination, but it’s not yet known how glass ended up in the coffee.
