“South Park” has struck again, this time targeting President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance in its latest episode. The Comedy Central show aired on Aug. 6, with the episode “Got A Nut” parodying Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recruitment process. Secretary Kristi Noem is mocked for her 2024 revelation that she shot and killed an untrainable family dog.
The parody ad features a jingle declaring, “We don’t ask for experience, just show up!” Mr. Mackey, a school counselor, joins ICE on the spot and witnesses Noem repeatedly shooting dogs in different scenarios, including a live “Dora the Explorer” show. In one scene, Noem tells agents to detain only those with brown skin.
The episode also depicts Vice President Vance as Trump’s servant, drawing inspiration from the sidekick character Tattoo from ABC’s “Fantasy Island.” During an exchange, Trump kicks Vance so hard that he flies off screen. After airing, Vance joked about finally making it.
In response to its previous criticism, White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers slammed “South Park” for parodying Trump. However, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone sarcastically apologized earlier this month, saying they’re “terribly sorry.” The Department of Homeland Security shared an image from the episode with a link to join ICE, prompting the show’s official X account to comment.
