Ulta Beauty, the largest US cosmetics retailer, announced it is ending its partnership with Target. The agreement will conclude in August 2026. During this time, consumers can still earn rewards on eligible purchases.
The partnership began in 2021 and allowed Ulta to operate standalone stores inside Target locations across the US. The stores sell select products also available at Ulta’s standalone stores.
Around 600 Ulta shops were located within Target stores. Despite the end of the partnership, both companies aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers until August 2026.
