Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi epic Interstellar is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the release of a special collector’s edition on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray. The film, starring Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway, was released in theaters on November 5, 2014, to critical acclaim.
The Interstellar 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition box set includes the original 4K and Blu-ray discs, as well as an additional disc with bonus features such as featurettes, a limited edition costume patch set, and never-before-seen storyboard sequences from director Christopher Nolan’s archives. The release also features reproductions of five theatrical poster reproductions.
Paramount Pictures has re-released the film in theaters for a one-week engagement on IMAX screens only, starting December 6. Interstellar has performed well at the box office, grossing over $651 million worldwide against a budget of $165 million.
