United Airlines Fails to Assist Customer Who Lost Thousands

A customer who lost thousands of dollars due to an error on their United Airlines ticket is finding it difficult to get assistance from the airline’s customer service team.

According to reports, the customer attempted to contact United Airlines’ customer service line but was met with an “access denied” message. The customer had made a payment for a flight and was subsequently informed that they owed $2,000 more due to a change in fare rules.

The customer claimed that they had not intentionally tried to incur additional costs and were shocked when told that the airline would not help them cover the loss. United Airlines has yet to publicly comment on the situation or provide any resolution for the affected customer.
