NASA Crew-10 Astronauts Discuss Space Station Mission

NASA astronauts Anne McClain and Nichole Ayers, along with JAXA astronaut Takuya Onishi, will hold a news conference on August 20 to discuss their recent science mission aboard the International Space Station. The crew spent nearly five months in space, traveling over 62 million miles and completing hundreds of science experiments.

The mission, which ended on August 9, aimed to advance scientific knowledge and demonstrate new technologies for human exploration of the Moon and Mars. NASA’s Commercial Crew Program has successfully delivered safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation to the International Space Station through a partnership with American private industry.

The news conference will be live-streamed on NASA’s YouTube channel and can also be accessed by media attending in person or virtually. Journalists can submit questions via social media using #AskNASA or contact the NASA Johnson newsroom for more information.
