Private Equity Firm Thoma Bravo is in talks to acquire human resources management software provider Dayforce Inc., according to sources close to the matter. The Minneapolis-based company could become a privately held entity in a deal that may be announced as soon as this quarter, pending regulatory approvals and other conditions.
