Justin Baldoni Rebukes Isabela Ferrer’s Claims of Harassment

Justin Baldoni has responded to actress Isabela Ferrer’s allegations of harassment, saying her claims are “inappropriate” and irrelevant to the lawsuit between them. Ferrer had accused Baldoni of “harassing” her after she received a subpoena from Blake Lively, with whom Ferrer is in a legal battle.

Baldoni’s team filed a letter on August 18, stating that Ferrer’s opposition to serving him via alternative means was an “inappropriate attack” and had no bearing on the issue at hand. They argued that Ferrer’s counsel, Sanford Michelman, should have accepted service of the subpoena on her behalf.

Ferrer’s counsel claimed that Michelman ignored Baldoni’s team’s requests for service and instead prepared a strong opposition to their motion. However, Baldoni’s team maintained that Lively’s team was responsible for serving Ferrer with the initial subpoena.

Baldoni’s attorneys said that Ferrer’s behavior was “frustrating” and prevented them from obtaining crucial discovery from her. They requested that neither party use any communication with Ferrer in their ongoing case.

Ferrer had accused Baldoni of acting “inappropriately” towards her after she refused to agree to his team’s terms regarding compensation for her work on the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel, “It Ends With Us”. However, Baldoni’s team denied these allegations and said that Ferrer was trying to manipulate and control him.

The legal battle between Lively and Baldoni continues, with neither side giving an update on their current status.
