Netflix has announced the return of “Emily in Paris” with Season 5 premiering on December 18. Lily Collins reprises her role as Emily, who will be spending at least part of the season in Venice, Italy.
The new season follows Emily’s professional and romantic challenges as she adapts to life in a new city. However, things take a turn when a work idea backfires, leading to heartbreak and career setbacks. Seeking stability, Emily leans into her French lifestyle, but a big secret threatens one of her closest relationships.
The fifth season also features a talented ensemble cast, including Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, and Minnie Driver. Darren Star is the creator, writer, and executive producer behind the show, with Collins serving as an additional producer.
