WWE is reviving its classic flagship show, Saturday Night’s Main Event, after a 16-year hiatus. The revived program will take place on December 14 at 8 p.m. ET and feature big-time matches with titles on the line.
The main event card includes several high-stakes bouts, including Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes defending his title against Kevin Owens, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther facing Finn Balor and Damian Priest in a triple threat match for the championship, and Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan putting her title on the line against Iyo Sky.
A new women’s division title, the Women’s United States Championship, will also be crowning its first winner. The show will also feature Sami Zayne vs. Drew McIntyre.
Veteran commentator Jesse Ventura is returning to WWE commentary for this special event, bringing his signature style and humor back to the airwaves.
