Hollow Knight: Silksong, the long-awaited sequel, finally has a release date. Team Cherry revealed that it will be coming out on September 4, 2025. The announcement was made via a new trailer showcasing over 200 new insectoid NPCs, more than 40 bosses, and an Ori-style escape sequence.
First announced in 2019, the game was initially confirmed for Nintendo Switch and PC but later expanded to include Xbox, Game Pass, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The community has been eagerly awaiting a release date, with excitement building after new footage at Gamescom and recent announcements from Team Cherry.
