Actor Dylan Walsh, best known for his roles on hit shows like “Nip/Tuck” and “Blue Bloods,” was involved in a serious car accident on the Jersey Shore. The 61-year-old actor was traveling north with four family members when their vehicle collided into two utility poles along East River Road.
According to reports, the Ford Explorer veered into the southbound lane before the crash, causing significant damage to the poles and surrounding area. Two passengers were taken to Riverview Medical Center for treatment of injuries, but thankfully all parties involved are safe.
The accident occurred on Sunday and had a significant impact on the local community, with Jersey Central Power & Light crews working to repair the damaged utility poles that caused power outages in nearby homes. The incident is currently under investigation.
Walsh’s wife, Leslie Bourque-Walsh, shared an update about the accident on Facebook, expressing gratitude for the first responders and medical staff who cared for her husband and family members.
