Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire Verint Systems Inc. for $1.23 billion in cash. The deal comes just days after the firm announced a $12.3 billion takeover of Dayforce Inc. Verint shareholders will receive $20.50 per share, valuing the company at $2 billion including debt, according to the companies’ statement on Monday. This price represents a 13% premium over Verint’s closing share price on June 25, before media reports about the potential deal surfaced.
