US Home Prices Rise at Slower Pace Since 2023

US home prices increased at their slowest rate in over a year, rising just 1.9% from the previous June according to data released by S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller. This marked the fifth consecutive month of slowing growth and followed a 2.3% increase in May. The last time home prices grew at this rate was during the summer of 2023.
