Terry McLaurin Signs Contract Extension with Commanders

Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin has secured a contract extension that will keep him on the team for the foreseeable future. The news was met with excitement from fans and former linebacker London Fletcher, who described himself as “thrilled” with the agreement.

As the Commanders prepare for their Week 1 opener against the New York Giants, they have finalized their initial 53-man roster. However, it seems there’s still work to be done before the big game.

The team has also made several other moves, including signing 14 players to their practice squad and releasing 30 players from the roster. Additionally, quarterback Marcus Mariota will return to his familiar number 8 jersey, which he wore during his college career and early NFL tenure.

For fans, the final move of the preseason is the opportunity to vote for the Commanders’ Fan of the Year. Voting closes on September 29.
