OpenAI, the startup behind AI pioneer ChatGPT, has announced plans to build a massive computing complex worth over $1 trillion. The 175-acre complex, roughly the size of Central Park, will be located about 180 miles west of Dallas in Texas. This is just one part of OpenAI’s vision for a vast global network of computing warehouses, which would require more than 13 times the power of its initial site.
