A Minnesota company owner has admitted to cheating clients out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by falsely promising to install in-ground swimming pools, then using the money for personal expenses like gambling and a horse. Charles Workman, 40, who owns MN Crete Pools, pleaded guilty to wire fraud in connection with the scheme that made him over $820,000 richer in two years. He faces sentencing but could get between 2-4½ years in prison.
