Key races include:
– Minneapolis: Voters will elect a mayor, City Council members, Board of Estimate and Taxation, and Park Board.
– St. Paul: Voters will determine leadership in the city’s government.
– Duluth: Voters will consider a measure to allow renters to initiate small repairs themselves at their expense.
Polls are open from 7 a.m.-8 p.m., with those waiting in line before closing time allowed to vote.
