Australia-based counterdrone technology company DroneShield has received a package of three standalone contracts worth $7.6 million from an unnamed repeat customer, primarily for delivery to the United States government. The contracts follow previous orders from the same customer in May last year ($5.7 million) and September 2025 ($7.9 million).
According to CEO Oleg Vornik, DroneShield is seeing a “rapid increase in customer order flow” with a median order size of $400,000 for the first half of 2025, compared to $200,000 in all of 2024. The company expects to deliver equipment from the latest order by Q4 2025 and receive cash payments soon after.
DroneShield has seen substantial revenue growth in 2025 and plans to execute production expansion, increasing annual output from $500 million to $2.4 billion by end of next year. With a predominantly Australian-owned structure and no controlling shareholder, the company is poised for continued growth despite announcing a higher order threshold for received orders in 2026.
