House Votes on Releasing Epstein Files

The US House is set to vote next week on a bill that would release files related to Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking investigation, despite months of resistance from Republican leaders. A petition signed by 218 lawmakers, including all Democrats and four Republicans, has pushed the measure forward after President Trump accused Democrats of selectively leaking emails to smear him. The bill aims to force the Justice Department to release all files and communications related to Epstein, while allowing some information to be redacted due to victim privacy concerns.
