Disney Channels Return to YouTube TV After 2-Week Blackout

Disney has reached a new deal with YouTube TV, ending a two-week blackout of channels like ABC, ESPN, and NatGeo. The deal brings back the company’s full suite of networks and stations, restoring content for subscribers. In October, a dispute between the two parties led to Disney’s channels being removed from the platform, causing disruptions in sports coverage and programming. YouTube TV apologized for the disruption, saying it “negotiated on behalf” of its customers. Both sides have now reached an agreement that preserves the value of YouTube TV for subscribers and future flexibility in offers.
