Belgian actor Matthias Schoenaerts has been sentenced to 6 months in prison, a €4,000 fine, and a one-year driving ban for driving without a valid licence. The decision came from the police court in Beringen after he was arrested last week in Pelt for refusing a breathalyser test. This conviction is his 12th, as he has previously been convicted 11 times. Schoenaerts can still appeal the sentence and will be required to retake all his driving tests.
