A trio of Jurassic-era dinosaur fossils will be sold at a Christie’s auction in London, with estimates ranging from 3 million to 8 million pounds ($6.4 million – $10.2 million). The fossils include an adult and juvenile Allosaurus, and a Stegosaurus. Excavated in Wyoming, the fossils were showcased at Christie’s showrooms before the sale. This marks a rare opportunity for buyers to acquire dinosaur skeletons at auction, with previous sales fetching high prices, including a record $44.6 million for a Stegosaurus fossil found in Colorado last year.
