Netflix has dropped out of a $111 billion bid to buy Warner Bros., leaving Paramount Skydance Corp. as the favorite to close the deal. The streaming giant says it doesn’t want to continue bidding, despite thinking its offer would be acceptable to regulators and create value for shareholders.
