Nintendo of America is suing the US government over President Trump’s tariffs. The company claims it should get a “prompt refund with interest” for any duties it paid. This comes after the Supreme Court ruled last month that Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act was illegal. Nintendo raised prices on several accessories after the tariffs were announced, but still launched its Switch 2 console as planned. FedEx is also seeking a full refund for tariff payments made to the company.
