Arm Unveils AGI CPU for Next-Gen AI Infrastructure

Arm is introducing its new Arm AGI CPU, a production-ready silicon designed to power the next generation of agentic AI cloud era. This new platform extends the Arm Neoverse ecosystem beyond IP and Arm Compute Subsystems (CSS) to give customers greater choice in deploying Arm compute.

Agentic AI systems are increasingly operating continuously at global scale, with software agents coordinating tasks, interacting with multiple models, and making decisions in real time. The CPU becomes a pacing element of modern infrastructure, responsible for keeping distributed AI systems operating efficiently at scale.

Arm AGI CPU is designed to deliver high per-task performance at sustained load across thousands of cores in parallel, within the power and cooling limits of modern data centers. It’s built for rack-scale agentic efficiency, with every element of the platform designed to support massively parallel, high-performance agentic workloads.

The Arm AGI CPU is being commercialized by partners including Meta, Cerebras, Cloudflare, F5, OpenAI, Positron, Rebellions, SAP, and SK Telecom. It’s available now for order from ASRockRack, Lenovo, and Supermicro, with further products committed to deliver best-in-class performance, scale, and efficiency.

This new platform represents a new chapter in Arm’s data center journey and continued leadership in computing innovation. With more than 50 leading companies supporting the expansion of the Arm compute platform into silicon, Arm is not only defining the architecture of the AI-native data center but also building it.
