This summer’s air travel plans may be derailed due to soaring ticket prices on routes between Asia and Europe. Prices have surged by up to 560% this month, partly due to war-related disruptions in the Persian Gulf. The Alton Aviation Consultancy warns that elevated prices will likely persist through summer and into fall.
