Former School Aide’s Bail at Risk Over Luring Allegations

A former Eagle Point school employee, Amanda Rose Leonardo, could lose bail over allegations of luring a minor and third-degree sex abuse. Prosecutors claim she violated the terms of her pre-trial release by having contact with minors. Leonardo, 40, was arrested in November 2024 on charges linked to alleged relationships with high-school-aged victims. The case has been delayed 12 times since her initial arraignment. Leonardo’s defense attorney is seeking additional time before a revocation hearing, set for July 10.
