Cardinals Rout Patriots 30-17 Behind James Conner’s Big Day

The Arizona Cardinals took down the New England Patriots 30-17 on Sunday at State Farm Stadium, with running back James Conner leading the charge. Conner had a dominant performance, rushing for 110 yards and two touchdowns, while also catching four passes for 29 yards.

Conner’s big day was just what the Cardinals needed to secure their victory over the Patriots. Quarterback Kyler Murray played well, completing 17 of 24 passes for 202 yards and one touchdown. The Cardinals’ defense also stepped up, holding the Patriots to just 204 total yards.

The game was not without its ups and downs, however. The Patriots were unable to score until late in the first quarter when kicker Joey Slye hit a 50-yard field goal. The Patriots then narrowed the gap to 10-3 early in the second quarter but were unable to get closer.

In the end, the Cardinals’ strong performance on both sides of the ball was enough to secure their win over the Patriots. Conner’s big day will likely be remembered as a key factor in the Cardinals’ victory.
