OnePlus has confirmed its plans to unveil the new 13 series smartphone on January 7 at CES in Las Vegas. The company is teasing several features of its upcoming device, including color options, weather resistance, and bright displays.
The OnePlus 13 will be available in three colors: Black Eclipse, Arctic Dawn, and Midnight Ocean. The latter option comes with a premium micro-fiber vegan leather back that promises exceptional durability and comfort. In contrast, the black and white options feature glass backs.
In terms of durability, the OnePlus 13 boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it suitable for everyday use as well as exposure to water and high-pressure liquids. The device is also entirely dust-tight.
The phone’s power source comes from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform, while it will run on OxygenOS 15 with advanced AI capabilities across various areas of the device.
One of the standout features of the OnePlus 13 is its camera system, which will feature Hasselblad imaging technology. Although no full details have been released, the rear camera array has already been showcased by the company.
