Quarterback Aaron Rodgers visited the Pittsburgh Steelers’ practice facility for about six hours on Friday, sources told ESPN. The visit came as a positive development for the team, with both sides agreeing to stay in touch. This meeting was not the first time Rodgers had been linked to the Steelers, who emerged as an option during the league’s negotiating period.
Rodgers has received offers from the Steelers and New York Giants, but his chances of joining the Minnesota Vikings have taken a hit after they decided to move forward with 2024 first-round pick J.J. McCarthy as their starting quarterback. Rodgers was released by the New York Jets on March 12.
