Actor Nicky Katt Dies at 54

Nicky Katt, the actor known for his roles in TV shows like Boston Public and films such as A Time to Kill and Insomnia, has died at 54. Born on May 11, 1970, in South Dakota, Katt began acting at age 10 with a guest role on Fantasy Island.

Katt went on to appear in numerous TV shows and films throughout his career, often playing unsympathetic villains. His notable film roles include The Limey, SubUrbia, and Sin City. He also lent his voice to the animated series The Get Along Gang and starred in Woody Allen’s play A Second Hand Memory.

Katt’s most recent screen credit was in an episode of Hulu’s dramedy Casual in 2018. No cause of death has been disclosed.
