A dramatic brawl broke out at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on February 19. Footage of the incident shows several people punching and kicking each other, with some women even standing on chairs to fight fellow travelers. The cause of the fight is unknown, and it’s unclear whether the participants knew each other.
The Atlanta Police Department responded to complaints of a disturbance, but arrived after the crowd had dispersed. Airport officials declined to comment further.
The video has gone viral, garnering nearly 2.5 million views and over 1,500 replies as of Sunday. The airport, which is one of the busiest in the US, receives around 93 million travelers annually.
