Alaska Airlines Unveils Atmos Rewards Loyalty Program with New Credit Card

Alaska Airlines has launched a new loyalty program called Atmos Rewards, bringing together Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines under one brand. The new credit card, Atmos Rewards Summit Visa Infinite, offers members numerous perks, including complimentary upgrades, points on dining and foreign purchases, and access to exclusive events.

The transition from existing mileage plans to Atmos Rewards is largely seamless, with current Alaska Airlines cardholders retaining their account numbers without interruption. HawaiianMiles members will automatically transfer their miles to Atmos Rewards on October 1, and will receive a new account number if they haven’t linked their accounts previously.

Atmos Rewards aims to reflect modern travel habits, providing members with personalized control over earning and redeeming points. The program’s values include generosity, practicality, and flexibility, making it an attractive option for travelers. As part of its long-term plans, Alaska Airlines has also announced free Starlink Wi-Fi on flights starting in 2026.

The new loyalty program is the latest move from Alaska Airlines since its major purchase of Hawaiian Airlines nearly a year ago. The Atmos Rewards credit card comes with an annual fee of $395 and offers unique benefits, making it a compelling choice for travelers seeking a more personalized travel experience.
