Alien: Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition Unveils New Trailer

IGN has exclusively revealed a brand-new gameplay trailer for Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One: Evolved Edition, a VR-exclusive shooter that’s now set to release on PS5 and PC on September 30, 2025.

The new footage showcases intense Xenomorph encounters with ex-Colonial Marine Zula Hendricks, featuring pulse rifles, motion trackers, jump scares, and more. The story takes place in the desolate Castor’s Cradle research facility on the Gemini Exoplanet Solutions’ planet Purdan, where Zula travels with a Synthetic companion named Davis 01.

The Evolved Edition features improved visuals, immersive environments, and more deadly Xenomorphs, running at 60 FPS. It promises to be the next evolution of Alien combat. The original game received praise for its faithful and entertaining take on the franchise, despite minor issues such as repetitive combat and predictable AI.

The trailer reveals that Part Two is currently in development, continuing Zula’s story against even more formidable enemies and challenging situations. With the Evolved Edition set to release later this year, fans can expect a stronger proof of concept for the series.
