Apple, one of the world’s biggest tech firms, is reportedly readying its first foldable iPhone. According to AI sensation ChatGPT, the device will feature a flexible OLED display with ultra-thin bezels and a polished titanium finish. The predicted design includes a horizontal crease through the middle of the main screen and a smaller screen for use when folded.
ChatGPT’s artistic impression shows a device similar to rival Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, but with some key differences. The predicted iPhone will have a large OLED screen that stretches across the entire front when open, premium stainless steel frame around the edge, rounded edges, and a matte back finish. However, the hinge mechanism is more visible compared to other foldable devices.
The alleged Apple foldable iPhone is expected to boast a triple-camera system with a LiDAR scanner for improved depth sensing and AR experiences. It may also include 5G support, improved battery life, and the new A18 chip. The price tag? ChatGPT predicts it could be Apple’s most expensive phone ever, possibly priced between £1,499 and £1,999.
While Apple has long been tight-lipped about its foldable plans, insiders suggest that internal executives are accelerating work on the device and may unveil it as early as 2025. However, this remains speculative, and Apple has not commented on the matter.
