AMD is expanding its RDNA 4 family of graphics cards with the new Radeon RX 9060 XT, a GPU that competes with Nvidia’s RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti. The new GPUs have 50% fewer compute units than the RX 9070 XT but are priced competitively at $299 for an 8GB configuration and $349 for a 16GB version.
The RX 9060 XT will go up against Nvidia’s RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti, which have half the compute units of the RX 9070 XT. Despite this, AMD says its new GPUs should be decent options for 1080p or entry-level 1440p gaming PCs.
