American Airlines’ new Flagship Suites business class will debut on select routes starting in June, featuring lie-flat beds and closing doors. Initially, the suites will be available on Boeing 787-9s, followed by Airbus A321XLRs and retrofitted Boeing 777-300ERs.
The airline’s latest business class product aims to provide a premium experience for customers. “Every aspect of our new 787-9 is designed to feel premium in nature,” said Heather Garboden, American’s Chief Customer Officer. The 787-9 aircraft will also feature new premium economy seats, designed to make every flight an exciting and memorable experience.
The Flagship Suites will launch on the following routes: Chicago (ORD) to London (LHR) starting June 5, Philadelphia (PHL) to London (LHR) starting August 6, Philadelphia (PHL) to Zurich (ZRH) starting September 3, Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) to Brisbane (BNE) starting October 26.
