Seth MacFarlane’s animated series American Dad is set to resume production and air new episodes on Fox, starting with Season 20. The show’s departure from TBS was unexpected, but a reported multi-season deal has secured its future. Although the March 24 episode will be the season 19 finale on TBS, reruns of old episodes will continue on TBS and fellow Warner Bros. Discovery networks Adult Swim and TruTV until at least 2030. This move, in the works for months, allows the show to remain in production without interruption.
