Google has released its December Pixel Feature Drop, bringing a range of updates to the Pixel 9 and other devices. The update includes features such as captions that show emotions, improved screenshots, and two years of OS upgrades for older Pixels.
In addition, the update brings Android 15’s first quarterly release, which includes new features that were not previously announced.
Samsung has also released its One UI 7 beta, embracing a vertical app drawer design similar to Apple’s. However, critics point out that the Samsung app drawer still has one major flaw. The Pixel Tablet 2, a canceled project, suggests Google may have learned from past mistakes.
The latest update is available now and marks an exciting time for Android users.
