Google’s Pixel lineup has been running Android 15 since February, but the latest update hasn’t exactly set hearts ablaze. Despite its lengthy testing period, some users may have found it hard to notice what was new on their devices.
However, the update does come with some quality-of-life improvements that make it worth installing immediately. Private space, a fan-favorite feature, is now available on all Android phones. This feature locks your apps in a separate folder and segments user data away from the rest of your phone.
Other notable changes include enhancements for big screens, app pairs, and app archiving. These features are essential additions that will likely become must-haves in the future.
On the other hand, it’s OEMs like Samsung that are making the most of this update with their new One UI 7 look and feel. Although some may find the changes to be more iOS-inspired than Android, they do seem promising in their early stages.
Google has also released a major update for its Pixel phones, known as QPR1. This upgrade delivers a significant improvement to both modern and older Pixels alike.
Now that Android 15 is out, we want to know: has your phone received the update yet? Share your thoughts on the new features and experiences in our poll below.
