Apple has filed a lawsuit against Chinese smartphone maker Oppo, alleging that an ex-employee stole confidential documents about its health-sensing technologies. The employee, Chen Shi, secretly accessed sensitive information before leaving the company in June to join Oppo. According to the complaint, Oppo encouraged Shi to use this information to develop competing wearable devices.
