Apple showcased its new iOS 26 design at WWDC25, featuring Liquid Glass on the iPhone. However, this move comes as Google’s latest ad under “BestPhonesForever” campaign takes a jab at Apple for copying features introduced by Pixel phones years ago.
The Pixel 10 is set to launch in mid-August, with reports suggesting significant internal changes. The new device will likely use a Tensor chip on TSMC’s superior foundry, leading to improved power efficiency and potentially solving the Pixel’s battery life issues. Additionally, higher-end models may feature telephoto cameras.
Google has already teased the Pixel 10 by releasing a commercial and CAD renders, which show the device’s familiar design but promise internal upgrades. The company’s ad pokes fun at Apple for copying features, including Call screening and Hold Assist, that have been available on Pixel phones for years.
