Apple has announced plans to expand its retail presence in Saudi Arabia with the launch of an online store and several flagship locations. The company aims to debut its online Apple Store in summer 2025, offering a range of products with Arabic service and support.
From 2026, Apple will inaugurate its first flagship stores across the country, providing customers with opportunities to engage with teams and discover suitable products. One of the flagship store locations is set to be designed at Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
This expansion builds on Apple’s existing investments in Saudi Arabia, including the region’s inaugural Apple Developer Academy in Riyadh. Launched in 2021, the academy offers comprehensive training for women aspiring to be coders, designers, and entrepreneurs.
Apple has also invested heavily in partnerships with local companies since 2019, injecting SR10bn into new initiatives. The company has recently opened four exclusive stores in India and plans to continue its growth in Saudi Arabia.
