Apple Expands Retail Presence in Saudi Arabia with Online Store Launch

Apple has announced plans to expand its retail presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, starting with the launch of an online store next summer. The new online store will offer customers across the country a convenient way to shop Apple’s full range of products, with exceptional service and support available directly from Apple in Arabic for the first time.

In addition to the online store, Apple plans to open its first flagship retail stores in Saudi Arabia starting in 2026. These stores will provide customers with an even more personalized experience, allowing them to connect with knowledgeable team members and find the perfect products and services.

The company is also investing in education initiatives, including the expansion of its coed Apple Foundation Program, which aims to enhance learning opportunities for students at the Apple Developer Academy. The program has already seen success, with nearly 2,000 students completing programming courses through the academy since its launch in 2021.

Apple’s retail expansion builds on its existing investments and activities in the country, including partnerships with universities and organizations such as the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Tuwaiq Academy, and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University. The company has also seen significant growth in the Saudi developer community, with earnings for developers in Saudi Arabia increasing by over 1,750 percent since 2019.

Through its expanded retail presence and education initiatives, Apple aims to deepen its connections with customers and bring the best of Apple to help people across Saudi Arabia explore their passions, build their businesses, and take their ideas to the next level.
